In the Community

Rikki has been working with the Military Spouse Business Association.  The co-founders of the organization have initiated a bill; Military Spouse Residency Relief Act.  On September 15th the MSBA found out that the bill was in trouble on the Senate floor.  DoD was actually challenging the language of the bill.  I am asking if you are a military family or support the military to please call your local Senator and ask them to pass H.R. 6070 which was rolled into H.R. 6225.  Please check out our blog for more information and telephone numbers for your local Senator.

In working with MSBA, Rikki has met Mrs. Babette Maxwell.  Mrs. Maxwell is the Executive Editor of Military Spouse Magazine.  In the near future Rikki will be blogging for Military Spouse Magazine.

Helpful Tips

When was the last time that you defragmented your computer?  Did you know that you should defrag your computer at least once a month?  If you use your computer only for basic tasks like surfing the Internet, then you only need to defrag once a month.  If you are constantly downloading files such as pictures and video, or writing papers then you should defrag once a week.
