How does All In One Desktops handle warranty repair?
Warranty options differ by model. In most cases two options are available. 1. Client has the option to return the unit to All In One Desktops service center for repair or 2. If client has diagnosed the technical issue, All In One Desktops will cross ship the necessary replacement part(s). Once client has swapped the part(s), client must return the defective part(s) to All In One Desktops. At All In One Desktops’ sole discretion, part(s) used to handle warranty repair may be used, refurbished or brand new.

What are the available payment options?
All In One Desktops accepts payments via credit card (Visa and Master Card), Paypal and Wire Transfer of funds on orders totaling over $5,000 US.
