All In One Desktops ships your personal all in one PC computer via numerous methods to ensure the fastest and most reasonably priced service. This may include using UPS, FEDEX, DHL, or USPS. Regardless of the professional shipping service we choose be assured your product will be tracked through the entire shipping process. Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with any product you purchase from allinonedesktops.com, you may return it within 30 days of the original invoice date (shipping date) for a full credit or refund. Customers must call 1-850-384-4598 to be given a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that must be affixed to the outside of all boxes returned.
Returned products MUST include all original materials including packaging, documentation, software and peripherals.
All expenses associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer. Customers will forfeit any applicable discounts when returning items that were part of a promotional sale.
To ensure a fast and accurate processing of your return, always enclose the remittance or shipping copy of the original invoice and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
You may return a product one of two ways:
- Unopened packages: Mark your package "refused" and return it to the shipper. You'll owe nothing for shipping.
