I purchased an All In One Desktop computer for my mother last Christmas.  Up to then all she'd had was a hand-me-down laptop that was so slow it would barely play solitaire and dial-up email on a specialized device that was text only.  The computer was complete and ready to go right out of the box.  All I had to do was load up a few games, virus software (since I was connecting her to the internet) and Office to give her word processing and email and she was off to the races.  All that was left was simple configuration of the network properties for connection to her new cable modem and entering her mail configuration into Outlook and the job was complete.  We shipped it home for her after Christmas, she plugged it in and was on-line in short order.  She loves her computer and the fact that she can now get HTML email (with pictures) and is very at ease with the idea of her own computer.  Thank you All In One Desktops for an awesome gift idea.  All that and the price was very competitive.

I just wanted to let you know that I sat down with my parents and siblings a couple of weeks ago and thanks to you we had  an absolute blast watching all of our home videos!  The transfer from VHS to DVD turned out so well!!!  We were all thrilled. I just wanted to let you know how pleased we are and if anyone asks me about transferring their VHS to DVD I would certainly recommend you.  I am still planning on getting the rest of the 8mm tapes transferred so I will contact you soon about that.  Anyway, thanks again for all of your work on our family videos; it means so much to us to be able to preserve those memories!
